Having Trupanion, best decision ever!!!
I purchased Trupanion for my 2 dogs 5 years ago. At times i wondered why as they were both healthy and I seldom used it. Recently my 9 year old dog was diagnosed with a heart murmur and cataracts at the same wellness visit. Having Trupanion with me helped my decisions making an easy one. She is home after cataract surgery doing well. She can see and her murmur is being treated. I tell all my family and friends what a truly great organization Trupanion is. From their friendly phone staff to their quick response e-mail team. I couldn’t be happier!! They are always there for you. I wish I could say that about my own health care team.

There are not enough words to describe the support and fast claims service provided by Embrace Pet Insurance. My 3 year old male had 2 surgeries 2 months apart. The total cost was over 11G (bi lateral ACL-TPLO). Embrace's coverage saved his life. Thanks to everyone at Embrace for the support and lightning fast claims service.

Awesome Pet Insurance Company!
Recently, my Scottish Terrier was diagnosed with a melanoma tumor on his lip. My policy plan has covered all of the expenses and when I submit a claim, I generally receive reimbursement within 2-3 business days. Great insurance company! They also have great customer support.

Reimbursement doesn’t seem to be a priority
When I filed my first claim, it took 3 months to get it reimbursed. I had called 3 times, send medical records twice, and they requested additional time once. I had to file an emergence claim a couple of months later, and that claim was paid quickly, along with the first one!
