Way easier than it used to be.
It had been a few years since I made a claim which is a good thing. I logged on and to my surprise, you can do everything online now. Before you had to fill out this long form and scan it in. Now everything is very user-friendly and the whole process seems faster.

If I could get this insurance as a human, I would!
We have used ASPCA on several occasions with our puppy. To say that I am surprised at the responsiveness and efficiency of this company would be an understatement. I work with insurance companies every day, both health and auto, and have never had this positive of an experience. Whether it is a $5k claim or a $150 claim going to my deductible, I have yet to get a rejected claim. We are very happy and will continue to be customers with ASPCA for years to come.

Our AKC GSD (with a health guarantee but it is our choice not to return her to the breeder, and she was spayed at five months old - ?) developed severe osteoarthritis in her front left leg when she was about 18 months old. We insured her with EMBRACE the day we bought her, just as I have insured other dogs over the years. The tests to diagnose the extent of the issue were expensive, and EMBRACE paid without question. EMBRACE has paid its share of every drug and every treatment throughout the past almost five years of her life without question upon receipt of the claim form and documentation. I have never been in a Veterinarian’s office when I haven’t discussed the benefits of EMBRACE with at least one other pet owner. My statement when people complain about the cost of Veterinary care is, “Do you want to have to make a decision about the future of your dog based on finances? I don’t, and that’s why my dogs are insured with EMBRACE.” Customer service is fantastic - quick, caring, informative - and I read and save EMBRACE’s newsletters. I cannot say enough about EMBRACE and have told Customer Service that if they ever offer “people health insurance” I am cancelling my policy and insuring myself with EMBRACE. I am very pleased with this company - the staff is exceptional, the price of the policy is fair, reimbursement is quick and easy.

Nationwide is a Godsend!
We own two English bulldogs who are happy and get the care they need and deserve because of Nationwide’s wellness plan. Nationwide checks in on them, does follow ups, and processes claims quickly. Choosing Nationwide is a no brained for pet owners.
