Excellent
Injury to my lab were serious and very expensive. Documents attesting to injury were provided/submitted and reimbursement made within a very reasonable time. I have nothing but praise to the insurer, they did what the insurer was suppose to do, and in a timely manner , rare in today’s world

Nationwide brings Peace of Mind
Nationwide has been amazing. I was always skeptical about pet insurance but when my husband and I got our new puppy we thought we should try it out just in case. We are so happy that we chose Nationwide as our Insurer. They have provided great customer service and are always available when I have questions. I also have never had any issues with submitting a claim or with getting reimbursed! When our puppy started having severe allergies we were so grateful that we could provide her the treatment and care that she needed with the help of Nationwide!

Amazing
I appreciate nationwide pet insurance so much! Thanks to them my substantial fees were 90% reimbursemed. When you have a pet all you want to do is take care of them when they are ill and feeling under the weather. The cost can be bank breaking, but thanks to nationwide I no longer have to be concerned about the financial portion, just the health of my little boy. If I could change one thing it would be, the wait time for a claim to be finalized. The process can take up to 15 days which for some can be a long time.

Best pet insurance
My dog has a lot of vet visits. Without Nationwide I would definitely not be able to afford it. Nationwide has always been on top of the insurance claims and never gave me any issues with hidden fees that other insurance company's surprise you with when it comes to getting a payment taken care of. They have always taken care of the bill right away. Thanks Nationwide

Truly pleased
I am truly pleased with the policy, the ease of filing claims and the speed at which the claims are paid. I have 2 golden retriever puppies, one who has been battling a chronic UTI since she was 9 weeks old (they're now 5 months old). Nationwide has been there covering every vet visit, every test and all the antibiotics and probiotics that she's been on. The puppies also underwent hip surgery at 16 weeks which was covered and paid by Nationwide in less than 2 weeks. Their customer service reps are always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Excellent service in pet coverage.
ASPCA staff was excellent keeping me informed of my claims. They explained the process for my two claims could take up to a month due to it was my first claim when I started the new policy. The ASPCA Pet Insurance app made it so easy for me to photo snap and send my claims right for the App to start the process.
