Signing up was very easy and staff was able to answer all my questions. I have only had to turn in claims for wellness so far on my puppy but Wmbrace has covered them and I receive the reimbursement very quickly

Excellent coverage and service
Being a typical puppy, my Irish Wolfhoumd Higgins chews on and eats everything. He ended up with a blockage of sticks and fabric in his intestines, requiring emergency surgery. Embrace covered both the surgery and hospital stay with no issues, as has been my experience with them always. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful !!!

It’s worth it!!!
I recently lost my dog to renal failure . He had been hospitalized for four days and our vet bill was about $3,200 dollars. During this very stressful and painful loss, I filed the claim and within a week the claim was paid. More importantly Pets Best really communicated genuine sympathy for our loss.

Our yellow Lab is 5 and we've had Embrace policy for him since he was a puppy. We continue to be impressed with the coverage and service Embrace provides. So far so good in terms of wellness coverage and minor injury/illness issues, plus one major sock-extraction incident.

Embrace had my back!
I lost my little girl, Penny, today. We had 8 wonderful years. She had some challenging health issues as she got older, but she stayed happy, smart and playful, We had fun, lots and lots of fun. Embrace? Allowed her to enjoy her life. They had our back. I would have to take her to her vet and hear people complaining about their pet insurance. I told them they should switch to the Best pet insurance, Embrace. They will be there for you. Thank you Embrace. Such a sad time for me, but through all these years you were there to make her years the best!
