Trupanion always has great customer service, high-level people who sound intelligent and willing to help. I appreciate that I'm not asked 100 questions then transferred to the correct person and when a transfer is appropriate, the person who I am transferred to, ALREADY knows why and I don't have to repeat myself again, they just get right to provide a solution. Seems so obvious but SOOOO rare in today's customer service. Much appreciated
