Embrace is AMAZING!

Embrace was amazing throughout a very scarey experience with my black lab mix when the vet found a mass and indicated surgery was needed to remove. All claims were covered timely and customer service was very helpful as I prepared for the surgery and all the claims tied to this incident. Thank You Embrace!

Special Care and Attention for Toby

We are very pleased with Nationwide and feel they very much want to keep our Toby healthy and when he is sick to take care of him. We feel Nationwide always has the best interest of Toby. We certainly would recommend Nationwide to any pet owner if you want fair and honest coverage. We have had 5 great danes and over time have had other coverages for our pets but Nationwide has certainly been the very best.

Overall satisfied but one thing

I am happy with the insurance. I never hesitate giving my pet the veterinarian care she needs because I know we’re covered. However I took off a point because when filing a claim unless you are continually logging in, checking the status, you won’t be aware if there’s an issue. I wish they would correct this by sending a courtesy email, notifying you that your attention to the matter is needed. Otherwise I am satisfied and my dog is healthy!

Great insurance

I never worry about making sure my dogs stay healthy since I have the insurance. In an emergency I know they are covered. I never want to not be able to save them because of finances. Everyone I have talked to have been wonderful! Have been very happy for many years now.

Satistied Client for many years

Maggie Mae is the second dog I've insured with Nationwide. The first, unfortunately died from cancer. I didn't hesitate to insure Maggie with Nationwide after how well Nationwide helped me through the terrible situation with my first pet - I received thousands back on her treatment as I had the cancer rider. Recently, it looked like Maggie might have a kidney issue, but it turned out to be a non-issue. Again, Nationwide was there and paid 100% of the claim. Thanks for helping me give my fur babies the best care possible!

Best decision I ever made was purchasing pet insurance.

I am on the Boston Terrier Addicts Facebook page every day, and very often people will ask if they should purchase pet insurance for their Boston. I immediately respond back YES, and that have your insurance and it was the best decision I ever made. The claims process couldn't be easier. Thank you for helping me take great care of my Boston!
