This is the absolute best of the best for pet insurance. Every single time I call I always get the help and knowledge to resolve any questions that I have. The representatives are OUTSTANDING!!!! Never have I had any problems and they are so caring about my pets and their health. I can't say enough. And to top it off the claims are super fast every single time. I can hardly believe they are for real. But they are. I unconditional recommend them 110%!!!!!!!!!!! You will not be sorry to go enroll with them for your pet{s}. They really do treat them like family!

Healthy Paws is amazing
Healthy Paws is the best and your pet needs them (so do you). They genuinely care about my cat and my needs. I called a few times after I submitted my first claim to ask some questions. Each representative I talked to was kind and concerned about my cat. They also were very knowledgeable and helped me get the answers I needed. They even follow up to ask how my cat is doing after my claims have been processed. The claims are processed very quickly. I wish human health insurance companies cared as much as they do.

The insurance functioned as hoped
Our cat had an unexpected illness that required emergency overnight care. Embrace gave us the peace of mind to know we could afford treatment. Our kitty is doing much better and our claim has been processed as expected. We had to make one additional call to Embrace after submitting our claim to iron out an issue, but the folks on the phone were responsive and corrected the error quickly.
