Amazing. Cruz and I are a walking billboard for Trupanion! The company, the people, the pay-outs amazing!! Cruz has had a lot of health issues and I don't know where we would be today without Trupanion.

I have been having issues lately
I have been having issues lately with Trupanion and errors on linking my claims. I submitted an appeal and it was approved. The next time my dog had the same issue Trupanion was claiming it was a new issue again. I had to pull all of my old emails and reference them before Trupanion recognized that the case had been appealed in the past. I always had good experiences with Trupanion before but lately I have had to phone them every time I am at the vet to get something corrected.
