Best decision I ever made!
Best decision I ever made! My Bull Mastiff suffered 2 ACL tears in a year and Healthy Paws has been great. Ease of use of the app and great customer service. Couldn't give it a higher recommendation!!

Highly Recommend Nationwide
Nationwide has covered everything they said they would, no unexpected surprises. On the RARE instance I have questioned something that was denied, they explained it politely or fixed their error. They are prompt in reimbursement. My poor Pup got SRMA when she was only 2 years old and having pet insurance has saved me thousands and thousands of dollars! I feel that I am able to give my dog the care she needs and deserves and not just what I can afford. I will never again leave any future pets unprotected!

Length of time to receive payment after being submitted
I for the most part are very satisfied with Nationwide. I have referred many people to your co. The only complaint I have is the length of time it takes for reimbursement when I submit a claim.

Worth every penny
We have been so thankful for our Nationwide insurance this year. Our dog, Lionel, has two torn ACLs and the surgery was absolutely necessary. Thankfully, we were reimbursed for about 75% of each leg we needed to do TPLO on. Was an amazing gift and Nationwide was always prompt and responsive. I tell everyone to get insurance!
