Amazing Claim Service
It is amazing how quickly claims are reviewed and processed. I submitted my claim in the morning, and that afternoon it had been reviewed, processed, and the results communicated to me in a clear and easy to understand manner. I had a check from Figo in less than a week from the date I submitted the claim. Plus, the customer service representatives were friendly and helpful!

pretty good
pretty good insurance although you have to explain to them every visit to the vet. for example, Kai had bad blood test so vet decided to repeat test because Kai was getting was going under for his procedure. I was denied for no reason. it is still pending. hope it will be resolved. otherwise no complains so far

It's taking no effort at all to deal with pet insurance thanks to you guys and my vet office working well together. They do the paperwork for me, and you guys keep me well informed on the status of each claim as it comes in. I thank you, and Mushu thank you very much. This is the first year my company offered pet insurance and I'm sure glad I signed up for both my dogs.
