Caring, Compassionate & Efficient
I currently have my Siberian Husky, Storm, covered by ASPCA Pet Insurance and am very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the claim services. I also find that the representatives I have spoken with are caring and compassionate. I had 2 other Huskies (who have since passed) covered under this insurance and found that the care, compassion and efficiency (which has improved since then) was outstanding, which is why I decided to cover my current puppy (he is actually 9 years old - but aren't they always puppies?).

No hassle claims
We have heard some horror stories about claims not being covered by other Pet Insurance companies. Our claims (for a very serious accident that our 7 month old puppy was involved in) were process quickly and accurately. We even received our claims before our credit card bill was due. It was a blessing. We have nothing but the highest regards for Embrace and we have recommended Embrace to several friends. You never know when something unforeseen can happen to your pet. The piece of mind knowing that you can treat with hesitation is a blessing.

Great Customer Service
We had AKC with our mixed breed Jack since the beginning of this year (2018). We adopted a Australian Shepherd pup and spoke with Amy who thoroughly explained all our options for what would be the best coverage for her and Jack. I didn't feel she was pushing any one policy; she answered all our questions, and we are very satisfied with such excellent customer service.

Vet helpline has been very helpful every time I have called. Really helped advise me when my dog was vomiting on a Saturday evening. The claims process is very simple to use.

Claims almost always rejected
Claims rejected for non viable reasons :ie an ear infection 10 years ago was the reason they refused a claim fir expenses related to a severe food allergy! There were other refusals as well! Customer service was very good at. Deflecting my requests fir further explanation of the refusal and to justify something that made no sense.. even vet said it wasn’t. Sensible

Thank you for your compassion
This insurance is totally legit. I have been told before that pet insurance is costly and does not cover anything. On the contrary, with the coverage I have, we are reimbursed 90%. When we had to put our beloved girl down we got a very compassionate phone call, where the lady listened to me cry and told me how sorry she was. It was lovely. I would highly recommend this insurance. It has been one of the best decisions I have made for our pets.
