Better Than Expected
After having this insurance for many months, I had to use this for an injury my cat experienced. However, I became rather worried that they would not pay out my claim after reading the multitude of negative reviews. My personal experience with ASPCA has been positive. The claim was processed and paid out in a timely manner. Customer service was friendly and attentive, with a follow-up call to check-in regarding my cat's health. The whole experience was a pleasant surprise and I'd recommend this insurance for any pet owner.

Easy to work with
I had a couple claims with Embrace for my dog, Shadow. They were prompt, courteous and very easy to deal with... When the time came that I no longer needed the insurance due to my girl's passing, they were so kind I was deeply touched. You can tell they really do care about your pet. They really get it how you feel and as a business, it was pretty much no fuss, straightforward fill out the claim, send the receipt and that's it. It was never, ever difficult. And mostly, I found their kindness at the end the best.

very please with Nationwide
My sister in law recommended Nationwide pet insurance to us when we first got our little girl. Sassy is a mini Yorkie, so at time of purchase, we had to keep a close eye on her medically as she was only 1 lb, 4 oz. at 8 weeks old. Sassy required a few visits to the vet in the first month due to eating issues and allergies. Nationwide processed our claims in an expedient way with us receiving our checks promptly after claims were submitted. Very happy with Nationwide's service so far. Easy to sign up for insurance and easy to make claims.

I am so very pleased with Nationwide pet insurance. I adopted Rosie as a 3 month old kitten in March from a rescue organization and am so very happy I did. She is the sweetest, most loving kitten I've ever encountered. After her vaccinations, our deductible was almost met and we actually received almost all of the money back for her spaying. Thank you Nationwide for making it so easy to submit claims and for quick feedback and reimbursement. I would recommend Nationwide pet insurance highly.
