A puppy is joining the family
We’re in the process of welcoming a new puppy into our home and selected fetch to insure Rocky’s health. After reviewing the quote we received, we still had questions about the wellness benefits. While our list of questions was fairly broad, Aileen was able to answer all of them and then took the time to explain the details of the policies and processes to submit claims. Having never purchased pet insurance for other pets, Aileen’s help and professional assistance was greatly appreciated.

Pets best Insurance is Exceptional
I submitted more than a dozen claims the same day dealing with multiple tests and procedures over several months for our Havanese. Every claim was reviewed in detail, additional info from the Vet sought by PetsBest where appropriate; and claims were decided in an accurate fair and timely way. Exceptional service.

First experience with pet insurance and a very sick pup
Though I’ve had pets throughout my life, I never had pet insurance. It seemed scammy to me somehow. But after a family member’s pup had to undergo a very expensive surgery, and had most of the costs reimbursed by Pumpkin (!) I decided to enroll my two young dogs. I didn’t use the insurance for over a year, but recently one of my pups fell ill, requiring costly diagnostics. I was uncertain how it would go trying to submit claims for three different visits, two sets of labs, and an ultrasound. I am not tech-savvy, but found it so easy to enter the required information and share the vet’s invoices right from my phone! And to my pleasant surprise, the claims were processed with reimbursement deposits made into my account within 48 hours. Amazing! I now have reassurance that unexpected veterinary charges won’t sink me financially, and can rest in confidence that Pumpkin has my back while I focus on my pets :)

If you’re going to require a call in…
If you’re going to require a call in order to cancel a policy; something that can be easily accomplished through a button in the app, you should be willing to staff your call center. Customer service has been ridiculously bad and the coverage is not good for what they charge.
