The 90% plan is worthless
The 90% plan is worthless. They don't process claims within 30 days, and they deny things for ridiculous reasons. We are filing a complaint with the state Insurance Commissioner and these people are going to learn some respect for their customers!

Literally life savers
A major medical problem is never convenient but they always tend to come up when life is already pretty hectic. When Pattie was diagnosed with cancer I cried and stressed and was totally overwhelmed. However, I didn't worry about paying for treatment and always knew I would be able to do anything and everything for her because she had Nationwide with great coverage and customer service. For 5 years I have paid for this insurance, sometimes with no medical need for it, in preparation for this very moment. I am so thankful I have and have no regrets or hesitations. Always money well spent.

Having Nationwide Pet Insurance has been great for us. Affordable with great coverage for our pets. Our latest incident with Beau (our little dog) was very severe at the time. Having almost met our deductible, shelling out $1000 is a hardship, but we got 95% of that back. Questions were answered reasonably by staff. Highly recommend.

We recently had to take our sweet pup in after playing fetch because she ruptured a disk in her neck. We originally took her to our vet, but unfortunately she became worse overnight so we had a trip to the emergency vet the next day. We were very worried as this turned out to be a $1000 weekend to take care of our Sophie. We were so relieved to be reimbursed for both visits within a week! We do not skimp when it comes to the care of our fur babies. It is comforting to know we don't have to make decisions about their care based on money. We are very thankful for Pets Best!

I am so thankful for Nationwide pet insurance. Since I have had this ins Kolby hasn't really had to use it until now.
Kolby is ten years old and his age is catching up on him. I never saw this coming he has been ill since the end of June. Recently diagnosis with liver disease. This has been very hard on the family and to think a few months a go I was thinking about canceling because he wasn't really using it. I am so thankful I didn't and appreciate how kind everyone is when I call in to ask questions about Kolby's bills.
