Working with Nationwide is a Dream
The coverage Nationwide provides and the ease of filling claims makes working with this company effortless. Not only has coverage been outstanding, reimbursement for my claims happens quickly. It's great! I have two older pets who are covered under a different insurance provider (didn't know any better when I started those policies). They have been a serious disappointment, denying most everything with the most childish of reasons. In stark contrast, it has been an absolute pleasure working with Nationwide at every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I am so very thankful for the help and service they've provided to me and my boy. Thank you, Nationwide!

In a prefect world, all health insurance will be like Figo
Quick reimbursements, easy to understand policy limitations and rules, customer supports actually response with useful answers, complete transparency and full explanation when claims' are denied. For the past three years we had numerous claims approved and reimbursed in timely fashions. Me and my 2 cats had gotten more than our money worth with Figo. The peace of mind that it provides us -- knowing that I CAN take my cats to see the vet or to the ER, because they are covered -- is PRICELESS!! Figo's service is the very definition of the terms "insurance".

Turn around time
Hi Nationwide, thank you for taking such good care of my baby girl. The only "complaint" I would have is that the time it takes to process a claim and get refunded seems to take a long time. But, the customer service is fantastic! Thank you for offering health insurance for my doggie Winnie!

I tell everyone about you
We are so happy with the service and level of care we get from Nationwide pet insurance. When I call with a question, the representatives are helpful, courteous and caring. Your response to claims is quick and the process is simple. Our Roxie was able to have surgery to fix her knee because of this insurance. Today, she runs around with her new “sister” Cassie, who we signed up for insurance a week after we adopted her. Thank you!

I've loved having Nationwide!
I've loved having Nationwide - it's comprehensible and straightforward. Being able to submit claims online/through email makes the process easy and quick. The processing time is speedy and thorough and electronic claim reimbursement has been amazing! I have to spend very little time/effort in getting everything handled which means more time to spend with my pups :)
