Best decision we made

We are so happy with our Nationwide policy. Everything has been covered with our Newfoundland puppy from a skin infections to neutering him. Anytime we call with questions, everyone is so kind and helpful. We are so glad we chose nationwide and will continue to insure our future pets as well.

Best pet insurance

Everyone i have dealt with has been majorly friendly. Always calls and checks on my dog to make sure he is doing great. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance company

Very responsive and timely with claims processing

ASPCA could not make insurance simpler. Their web interface for filing claims is super simple and straight forward. They process claims in a very timely manner, and they are very responsive when I have any questions or issues. Dexter has had a few health issues over the years and ASPCA has been super helpful in offsetting some of the cost. Thanks!

This insurance is extremely easy to use (via the app), very prompt, and has covered all issues as promised.

We are very pleased with this insurance plan. Super easy and intuitive app. Prompt reimbursements. No hassles at all. We even received a call from "Bob" inquiring about the health of our dog, following a recent claim submittal. Super cool.

Overal a good plan.. just payments could be a little quicker. Reps are very pleasant.

Overall the insurance is great .. the forms are easy. the reps on the phone are very pleasant. the only issue was the payment took longer than explained.. but was easy to transfer to account. . Thank you !

Nationwide fairly reviews claims, stands by its policies and fairly processes reimbursements.

Other than one problem I had with communicating with Nationwide, I have been very satisfied with your system and your performance. My communication issue was about a year ago and it was very frustrating, as I couldn't find out from the representative what was additionally needed for my claim to be reviewed again. So that one difficult experience influenced my feelings somewhat. However, overall I am very happy with the policy and have found that Nationwide stands by what it owes according to the policy, it is easy to submit claims, and claims are processed quickly without too many/any follow-up information required. In other words, Nationwide does not put you through a ringer to get what's owing to you. I'm very happy with Nationwide's plans and performance, and am grateful to have it as my beloved dog ages.
