I am very happy with Embrace and would highly recommend it to any pet parent. Ive had it for all my 4 kitties for over 7 years now and nver had an issues with any of the claims. Two of the kitties have serious conditions , cancer and kidney failure , and having insurance literally saver their lives. It allowed us to provide them with the best treatments available. Embrace has very reasonable premiums , great coverage, and a very clear and easy to understand set of policies. Submission process is easy and the processing times is quick. Whenever I had to call , the customer services was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Best thing for my wallet I ever didi
I bought insurance for our 8 week old Olde English Bulldog puppy named Lunchbox. Best thing I ever did. He injured his front legs and Trupanion saved the day. Was a easy process we took our pup to our vet. We got pre approval for a set of very costly X-rays. The X-rays alone paid for the cost of the Insurance for years to come. The next step involved our pup getting his front leg bones shortened and this also was pre approved. The process was fast and easy. Side note we called our Vet before getting insurance and asked their thoughts on insurance companies they recommended Trupanion to us. To recap best thing I ever did for my wallet was this insurance.

Healthypaws is a compassionate pet insurance company
Healthypaws has been supportive while we were dealing with our sick pup with hospital stays, tests and his medical needs. Their process of claims and reimbursements have been seamless. The communication from the staff to us during this process has been excellent. The staff 's compassion for Brodie and his health is a personal touch.

PetsBest is literally the BEST!
I’m so thankful that I found petsbest. Not only do they have a wellness plan but they are so fast and efficient on working on claims! Being a busy pet parent and having a pup that has a condition which requires a lot of vet visits and many claims to submit- I know once I submit a claim, it’ll be taken care of in a timely manner. They make it so easy with the app! So appreciative! Thank you guys so much!

Used to be great, now they're awful
They used to be easily accessible via chat and the phone, as we speak i have been waiting for an agent on chat for 30 minutes. They also used to be quick with the turnaround time of claims, that also has gone up. This company obviously needs to hire additional help because their customer service has gone completely down the drain. I have quite an expensive policy, and now, i am going to shop around.

Insurance companies for humans could learn a lot from Embrace - outstanding!
I don't know how much more perfect pet insurance could be. All of my experiences with them over 7 years, insuring three dogs, have been remarkable, but the most recent was astonishing. We needed fairly expensive surgery, totaling about $5,000. Within only 1 week, Embrace reimbursed exactly according to the terms of the policy, covering every one of many different surgical line items in full. Their communication at every step of the process is excellent, with an almost immediate email to say they have received the claim and then very quick and fully transparent follow-up. I did extensive research on all available options before selecting Embrace. While it is very slightly more expensive than many others, it is so worth it. Strongly recommend!
