I had this insurance for my Newfoundland. They were remarkable. Now I have it for my kittie, and though I had a bit of trouble with the diagnosis, I called the embrace number and Dan was AMAZING. Thanks so much. Very pleased thus far

The claims team handled everything
I only had to upload one invoice and Pets Best did the rest. The appointment was to followup on his kidney condition and to discuss his anxiety, but we also did his yearly vaccinations. The team at Pets Best was able to properly break out my claim based on my coverage and provided good detail as to why certain things were not covered and why some were. It was a smooth process that did not involve any additional explanation from me. Highly recommend.

Service needs improvement
Title says it all. The service needs improvement. I submitted 3 claims the same day. 1 was taken care of, but the other 2 haven't been touched. I try and chat in, they just reply with scripted language "were sorry, claims can take up to 25days to process"... blah blah blah.. YET when Pests Best wants their money, they will get rite on it and collect it promptly.. Why shouldn't the customer receive the same prompt service? Oh, I know why, they don't want to pay out money, they only want to receive it.. figures this is why insurance companies get a bad reputation. Sneaky tactics..
A great decision
I am so happy I went with Embrace for all my pets and their health. Everyone I have spoken to is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about what is going on with your pet. I have filed several claims and the process was so easy and, it only took a few days to get my reimbursement. It is wonderful to have the peace of mind that if my pets need care, it won't empty my bank. One of the best decisions I've made!!

They took a month to deny my claim for simple flea treatment. They never tried to contact me or my veterinarian
