Emergency surgery
My dog has a mass surrounding his small intestines. He had an inflamed pancreas. When the inflammation was resolved a large mass was revealed. Cancer is tricky. He needed surgery asap to ensure the mass did not rupture or block his intestines. The mass was cancerous.
