Great value, Great service, Great coverage

I have recommended MetLife Pet insurance to all my friends. For years I paid into the program my vet offered which basically covered a few office visits and vaccinations at the annual visit. When I explored MetLife Pet insurance, I discovered that many more things were covered like my prescription preventative med (flea, tick, and heartworm) dental services, office visits, prescription dog food, etc. Such a great value and the turnaround time from invoice submittance to payment is great. I am very thankful for this pet insurance; it takes away the worry of money over the welfare of my dogs. Highly recommend!

Reliable pet insurance

Pets best is a highly rated insurance company, and we have had apositive experiences with this company, though it is not cheap, they're thorough, and prompt in communication, and claim payments. We have had to jump through some hoops, in the past, but it seems like things are smoother, now, with our claims. Thanks Pets Best!

Petline/Petsecure

I’ve had pet secure for five months and the first time I used it. They denied all claims and kept taking payments out of my account after I cancelled the policy. Terrible company to deal deal with.

HealthyPaws jacked our dog's premium without notice

HealthyPaws client for over 8 years here...They jacked our dog's premium this past month, without notice. I happened to look at my credit card statement and noticed that in one month, our fee went from $101.77 to $469.82! On the AppStore, the description for the HealthyPaws app says to use the app to, "View messages from Healthy Paws about your claims or policy". It seems like your rate rising over 360% would warrant a "message about your claims or policy," however, no message in there. They claim to have sent an email about it, but we never received it, and when they provided a copy of the mail they sent, it was from a different domain than all of our other emails they have sent in the past (a sketchy practice that seems designed to be caught in a spam filter). It's almost like they didn't want their customer to know about the increase ahead of time. So far, they are refusing to rebate the difference while I secure a new policy. I have found a new policy at a much better rate, so I will be dumping them and taking up the refund with my credit card company.

Straightforward & reliable
