They don't Pay Claims
After five years of paying monthly, rising rates, I mdee one claim and they stalled, made excuses, asked for more and more and more documents. They search for a reason not to pay and wait you out, hoping you quit making payments and then you are no longer a customer. Only the "happy" customer (suckers) are left. Avoid this company.

Good Experience so Far
We have been pet owners for over 50 years, but this is the first time we have had pet insurance. Over the 3 years since we purchased MetLife, we have filed several claims which have been processed efficiently and fairly. Filing claims online is convenient and easy. Our calls to customer service have been answered quickly by knowledgeable staff.

If it wasn't for MetLife pet insurance, I have no idea how I would be able to pay for my girls treatments and medications, very thankful! Great customer service. They made me do a lot of paperwork for her prescription food to be covered but at the end of the day they are covering and i understand the need for clarity. thanks again!
