Best purchase for our pet

Pets Best Insurance has been the best purchase we have made for our pet, hands down. Our puppy had a series of bad luck events early on, but Pets Best allowed us to easily and quickly file our claim and reimbursed us for all of the expenses that were clearly laid out in our policy, no questions asked. We would recommend Pets Best for all pet owners. Thus far, we are very satisfied, and plan to be Pets Best customers for the duration of our dog's life.

Highly recommend this insurance

I already shared / recommended PetsBest to two of my friends following my dog Charlie's sad diagnostic and the hospital charges that resulted from his disease. Kindness of the staff, process efficiency - I highly recommend this insurance. Additionally, the monthly costs are minimal.

Quick and timely claims process

I took my dog in for his wellness check. My vet filed my form for me. I had a response from Pets Best by the time I got home. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. The reimbursement was in my account within 4 days. I was surprised and pleased.

Quick response and processing of claims

Zoey has been extremely ill this past year with an immune issue as well as several infections due her immune system attacking her joints. She also tore the ligaments in both of her knees requiring the first surgery in June and the second one is scheduled for November 12th. The various immune suppressants and antibiotics and other medications caused liver issues as well. Thanks to the quick response and processing of each and every claim I truly believe that her condition would have created a major financial hardship. Thank you for being so responsive to our needs. Zoey has been in remission since Juneand is doing quite well. Hopefully, after her surgery tomorrow she will have finally regained her health.

Nobody reached out to me

I have filed 3 claims and nobody has reached out to me because they cannot figure out the invoice. I took it upon myself to resend the invoice. It is a significant amount of money as well. I am disappointed.
