petsbest covered therapy sessions

Extremely happy with claims process
This was my first claim with Pets Best and I must say I was very surprised with how quickly my claim was processed. It was very easy filling out the claim form on line and I just had to attach a copy of the vet's bill, and within a week I had my check. I'm am extremely happy. Thank you.

Easy to work with
Thanks for being so easy to work with. I messed up and didn't explain that my dog had two doctors appointments back to back and that one of the charges shouldn't be considered since we'd already maxed out on that claim. I spoke with a rep, submitted an appeal with a doctors note, and all was settled. Thanks for being so great. Seriously. MY health insurance company isn't as nice as you are and i always know my dog is under such great with you all.
