Fantastic customer service and experience
Nationwide has been a great support for us with our dog. We have encountered some unexpected expenses with her and having the insurance has meant a lot to us. Auto-pay on the premiums make it easy to do, claims are easy to submit and payments are made promptly with no questions asked. Great service and great peace of mind for pet owners. We highly recommend!

Wouldn’t go without it!
I’ve had Nationwide (VPI) for several of our dogs. Without it we would have had a financial burden. When nationwide says they’re on your side they mean it. Not just a slogan - it’s what they live by. Customer service is always good, claims are generally paid in a timely and accurate way. I’d give them a higher rating if I could.

Nationwide is a compassionate life-saving experience that enables us to give our beloved pets the best quality of care.
Not only would we recommend Nationwide, but we have been sharing how grateful we are that we have Nationwide pet insurance. Your outstanding response in our time of need was a life-saver. Of course we did not want to put our young and wonderful dog down when the specialists explained what was needed to save his life. It meant a lot of procedures, tests, and surgery at a huge expense. We had to go into considerable debt and think twice about recommended treatments because of the cost, but we were willing to do this to save our dog's life. As it was, Nationwide stepped up and reimbursed us for 90% of the vet bills and made it possible for our dog to get the best veterinary care without hesitation that we were ultimately able to afford! Baxter, our dog, is back to normal after a serious condition and we appreciate the terrific reputation Nationwide has that we know is well deserved.

Healthy Paws came through
Thank you Healthy Paws,for checking on her, hopefully she will continue to feel better, I do not know what I would have done without you. You helped save my soul mate, she is my best friend. People joke about dogs being our best friends, but truly she is. She waits by the door every morning to go to work with me. The other dogs run to the kitchen for food, but not her she just patiently sits by the door waiting to go with me. I have no idea why. Im not ussually popular with some people, Ive never been a natural beauty, but to her, I'm her world. It breaks my heart and everything in me to watch her go through this. I know Ill never be the same without her....She has been probably the best part of my life. Thank you for everyday you have given me with her. Nationwide has the best Pet Insurance
I work in health insurance and thought why not get pet insurance. I knew I would use it at some point. I just didn't think it would be used as much in 1 short year.. And to think how much Nationwide actually cares. Not only did I get my reimbursement in a quick time frame, I also received and email wishing my dog the best and a speedy recovery. Now that's a company that care about their customers.

Wouldn't choose anyone else
By far, Healthy Paws has been the best insurance company to deal with. My red heeler had eye issues and has had both eyes removed. Through all of the drs visits, the specialists, the medication, and then surgeries....Healthy Paws was the easiest part of the process. Their coverage really saved my bacon financially and the process to submit a claim is so easy. You would not go wrong by choosing Healthy Paws. I will insure all of my future pets with them.
