Next day claim payment
Khaleesi had an emergency vet visit Sunday...she was in pain and it was a horrible 5 hours for all of us. I submitted my claim by fax Monday morning and a check was deposited in my account by Tuesday!!! Really!! I tell everyone about Pets's Best..it's one of the best decisions I have every made with our baby girl.

Pleased with entire claims process
Earlier this year I was finally able to get coverage for my cat, Archer. I was more interested in long term protection for him just in case of a more serious situation arising in regards to his health. I asked his vet who they would recommend for this and was immediately told PB. They told me this was due to the fact that in their experience PB was always fair and punctual when it came to handling claims. Archer had his basic annual exam (no labs this time) and immediately after filing the claim I was notified of an expected time window for the claim to be reviewed. And in 48 hours PB had let me know that the claim had been processed and a check was in the mail and would reach me in 3-5 days. I was very pleased with how succinctly the entire claims process was. Thank you PB for doing exactly what you said you would, how you said you would. It doesn't feel like you can rely on companies to do that nowadays. Archer and I thank you.

Pets Best is quick to respond with good customer support
I knew the overall diagnosis of my dog is a pre-existing condition, but I shared my pet insurance details with my vet for future use. I wasn't sure they had submitted a claim, but I had assumed it would go towards my deductible anyway, since it was a check-in with my dogs pain, not any procedure for after the diagnosis. Regardless, Pets Best was very quick to respond and it showed good customer support in that action and bodes well for anything I may have to submit in the future.
