Too slow, but finally paid
Unfortunately, my first big claim didn’t go very smoothly. Although I filed the claim with all medical notes and invoices, every time I called to check the status of the claim I was told medical records were needed. I would have to insist until the agents would read the notes and agree they had all that was needed. Still, it took beyond 30 days to process the claim. It appeared like the underwriters were delaying the claim or not very coordinated in requesting medical records they already had. So I rated them a 7 bc although they took a while and I had to be very persistent, the last agent I spoke with recognized this had taken too long and moved the process along. We were paid shortly after that.

PetsBest really is wonderful!
My pup was seen at the vet for a rash she developed. I scanned the receipt with my phone and submitted my claim via the phone app. This took less than 5 minutes. The next day I received an email letting me know that the amount claimed had been applied toward my deductible since we have not filed a claim on that pet this year. Pets Best really is wonderful--very quick turn around and very easy to submit claims! Thank you for providing me a peace of mind when it comes to veterinary care for my pets!

Super easy and convenient
My claim was for my dog, Lola. She was spayed at my vet's office :'-( D.O.S. was 10/29/18. I submitted my claim via the PetsBest mobile app. I just provided some basic info., snapped a pic of my invoice, uploaded and clicked send and voila...that was it. It was super easy and convenient. I had already signed up for direct deposit so reimbursement was in my account within 4 working days. I submitted my claim on Fri. 11/2/18 and payment was received Thur. 11/8/18. I am extremely pleased how fast and convenient the entire claims process was from beginning to end. Honestly, I was expecting to have to jump through hoops to receive reimbursement. Thank you for making my experience stress-free. It was a very great experience.
