I work for a veterinary practice and I work with many insurances and I must say this is my favorite. I have never had an issues with my claims and they are handled within a couple days. I would recommend this insurance to everyone.

Absolute worst customer service and company ever.
Absolute worst customer service and company ever. I have never left a review before but I can't with this company and want to warn everyone to never use them!!! Shop anywhere else or just put the $150 they're making you pay into a savings account for your dog/cat. You'll probably end up never using it and then just have a treat for yourself. Started paying for pet insurance for my dog as a puppy which started at $50. Today, they have upped it to $150 and I have never even used them. I have given them over $8,500 in the years I have had them and they just up your monthly payment whenever they want and if you want to pay a lower one, they only offer one choice which is, they will make you pay a higher deductible to lower your monthly so it's not really helping at all. Please please please go anywhere else to get pet insurance or again, just put it into a savings so companies like this can't screw you over.

Pets Best Insurance
I have had Pets Best for 3 of my dogs, and so far, the hardest part is submitting the paperwork required. I am glad I have them because I have been able to recuperate money I otherwise would not have been able to. My vet asked about the insurance, and I will give her Pets Best information because they help owners.
disappointment
I filed a claim on August 23, 2025-to date have heard NOTHING except more information was needed about 3 weeks after original claim submitted and after i had to make an inquiry as to status of claim. Information was sent and i have heard nothing so probably canceling shame
