Submitting the claim was so easy, I had no issues or questions and it was my first time. The response was very quick, and they payout was within the timeline that was given to me, so there were no delays. When I received the invoice, everything was simple to understand and made perfect sense. I'm very happy with PetsBest, and my cat is feeling much better too!!

Submitting a claim is easy
Being able to upload the receipt from the vet as my claim form makes submitting a claim easy. All the details are on the receipt, so you don't have to give the information that is already on there. I received the EOB the next day and was able to verify everything from my receipt.
