Love our policy....you are a little slow to process claims

Customer service is very helpful if you have any questions. The time to process a claim typically take a little over than 3 weeks. I'm very happy with the service and so glad I chose Nationwide for my baby girl Lexi.

NW is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with although claims processing always takes a month, always.
I think this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with but any claim I submit always takes a month almost to the day to process so it's like it goes into this queue and then when that date is due, it is processed. I don't know if this is for revenue/margin/operational accounting or some other reason, but it seems unless it's a complex claim some of these claims could be processed a lot faster (possibly a simple queue and then a complex queue.) It's not really a complaint (although it would be great to get my money faster) because again, I think this is a great company and anytime I've spoken to anyone, they have been super nice as well. I have recommended you to others.

My vet office submitted my claim and got a response right away that my claim was recieved and was being processed. I was able to track the process along the way. It has really been very helpful and I glad I have insurance for my dogs

Hit or miss
This experience with Nationwide was good but I never know how it’s going to go. I have had many issues with Nationwide. I have 2 pets insured and 1 with Trupanion. Trupanion is so much more helpful and consistent
