Takes a long time to get payment from you!!

I have been with VPI for 11 years with my two cats. Prior to you taking over the program, my re-imbursement was within a few days. With you, it is always close to a month. Also, Dolly is in need of I 131 Iodine treatment, as she is allergic to the medication. When I called to verify that VPI would pay $425, the agent was less than helpful. I am still wondering how the policy works, and I don't think that is fair to me. Our human health has pre-approval--why couldn't she just tell me that $425 would be paid or not. It's not going to affect my decision to do the 131 treatment. I enjoy having the pet insurance, however, I think you could have better customer service. And, I would recommend you to people, as I am not aware of any competition you may have. It comes in handy when something goes wrong with your pet!

Took longer to pay claim

Took longer than usual to pay claim. In the past, it has been less than 10 days. This time, it was 30 days. Otherwise, service was great.

Excellent service. Recommend highly :)

I am delighted with the professionalism and responsiveness of ASPCA in handling claims, both substantial amounts and smaller claims.. They processed my claims promptly and efficiently (I submitted them online) and was also impressed with their concern with how my pet was doing (following up with phone calls to check in). I recommend them very highly.

Nationwide has always paid what the contract says I should be reimbursed.

Nationwide has been great to work with. The only negative is it seems like the claims process takes a long time. However, they have always reimbursed me what I was expecting. I have not been disappointed.

I highly recommend Nationwide pet insurance to my family and friends!

Nationwide is always very fast about sending reimbursement and providing explanations about coverage. Every phone representative I've talked with has been very courteous and helpful. I've recommended this program to many friends and will continue to do so!

Easy, quick & hassle free!

I love working with Embrace. They make my life so much easier with their claims service. I know I don’t always fill out all the forms that could make the process faster, but they never complain and still get me my explanation of benefits within a week or two! To me, that’s just AMAZING! Not to mention everyone I have ever dealt with is just a pleasure to talk to. Switching to Embrace was the best decision I ever made for my little girl.
