this process is so stress free
After putting in the claim, I was asked several questions about previous hospitalizations and health care for our cat. SO HAPPY with Pets Best
I recently switched from another pet health insurance company to Pets Best. I have been SO HAPPY with Pets Best! They are attentive to my needs, and were very quick to respond to my claim submission. I received my reimbursement - direct deposit - which I had requested - within four or five days of submitting the claim. I will definitely refer my friends who have pets to Pets Best Health Insurance!

Quick response
Thank you for your quick response for the claim for Big Kitty's eye surgery. The first claim for the same related issue a few months back took quite a few weeks to verify, which I can understand—but it made me a bit concerned about how long this claim would take. However, undoubtedly due to the previous verification process, it was paid within a few quick days. Thanks!
