Nationwide has done well by our dog.
Our dog has been a client of Nationwide for a number of years now. He has had quite a few veterinary visits over the years. Nationwide has helped us pay for those visits. Nationwide has been very fair in the disbursement of those funds in those claims. I certainly can highly recommend the company for anyone with animals.

Trupanion has been fabulous
Trupanion has been fabulous to deal with. Our dog Hawzel has had many ailments in his first few years of life and Trupanion has helped us with the financial strains this can cause without insurance. Anytime we are in the dog park talking to other owners, we share our experiences and ask if they have pet insurance. Always recommend Trupanion. Thank you so much.

Compassion during a very stressful time
I've had insurance with Pets Best for the last 11 years. While I've had a few claims over the years, it wasn't until last year when I fully recognized and appreciated how wonderful Pets Best is to work with! My 10 year Golden Doodle, Dempsey, had major surgery to remove cancer from his hip and had some subsequent issues during the recovery. The claims were highly involved and somewhat complicated. Each time I had questions or needed assistance with follow up the person on the other line was patient and showed compassion during a very stressful time. They truly understand that for most of us, our animals are our children and feeling their compassion made a very difficult situation easier to navigate. Most recently, Dempsey began to cough suddenly and it only progressed to the point I ended up taking him to the emergency vet at 4:00am. X-rays and tests determined he had sever pneumonia. After spending the night at the emergency vet on fluids, he was able to return home to recover. Within days of submitting the latest claim I received notice that it was processed. I can't recommend Pets Best enough and am eager to recommend them every chance I get! The ease of submission, the prompt turn around and the compassionate voice on the other line make for a great experience every time.

Always recommend Trupanion.
I always recommend Trupanion. I have had several claims with them over the last few years and never once have I gotten a call from them trying to get out of a claim. They just pay them, no questions asked. In fact, they ve even called me to see how one of my dogs was doing after an emergency surgery for an obstruction. They are always super sweet and knowledgeable when I call in. Worth every penny I pay in! My older dog is going through some diagnostic tests right now, and It's a huge weight off my shoulders knowing I am going to get some of that money back. To give you an idea....I submitted a claim for an ultrasound on a Wednesday, and got an email by Friday that the claim was approved and payment was on the way.

Excellent service
I have always had excellent service with Pets Best Insurance and would recommend them to anyone with a pet. The most recent claim was for emergency treatment of a scorpion sting on 12/6/18, Very painful for Jackie and worrying for me. However she was treated and recovered. my claim was dealt with promptly and fairly.
