Would gladly recommend to others
Telephone representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've always had a wonderful experience whenever I've had to call Trupanion. Claims are paid on a timely basis, and I have never had to argue over which vet services are covered and which services do not qualify for payment. Additionally, premiums are never pro-rated based on my pets age, which has been an issue with other pet insurers. So, yes, I am very satisfied with their performance and would gladly recommend Trupanion to others.
