GREAT COVERAGE AND SERVICE...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I have had pet insurance thru Nationwide on several dogs and have always been delighted with the coverage and prompt payment of claims. They provide comprehensive insurance for pets and excellent service. I recommend pet insurance and Nationwide to everyone who adopts a Labrador Retriever from the rescue organization that I am involved with.

Great coverage
Great coverage but the last few claims took a lot longer than expected to process. I wish the insurance would cover an allergy injection that Maggie needs every 3 months or so. Considering that she was a rescue, I don't think she should have been labeled with a pre-existing condition.

Nationwide has been great!
I have had a great experience thus far with our Nationwide coverage for both of our Bulldogs, Sadie & Tyson. The claim submission process is very easy and I have been happy with the response time.

You guys are awesome.
They are always very timely in getting my payments sent out. They have covered every claim I have submitted. My dog had TPLO surgery and it was fully covered minus the $100 deductible. She is now having back issues and they have covered her X-rays and office visits for follow-up care. This company is amazing and they take care of the customer 100%. I am happy I have this insurance as two English Mastiffs can be expensive as they age. My girls are 6 and 7 and this insurance has made caring for them easy as I know my claims will get paid.

best insurance coverage
Unfortunately, my Frenchie needed emergency spinal surgery about 4 weeks ago and it took us by surprise... and we needed to act fast. She was in a lot of pain and we thought we were going to have to put her down actually. Because I knew that I had Nationwide coverage, I was able to very comfortably tell them to go ahead with the surgery on the spot. Nationwide covered her exactly as promised with no issues whatsoever. I never have to sorry about haggling or loopholes in their policy. They do what they say they will do ... and they do it quickly. Many thx to Nationwide - I will never use anyone else.

Easy and dependable
I was very impressed with the ease of submitting my claim and also the payment. They were clear with me in regard to what/wasn't covered and very fair. I was skeptical in buying pet insurance but wanted to protect myself to some extent in case something happens. I think this insurance works as intended and I'm very happy with how they've addressed my claims so far.
