Most wonderful company
I have had Trupanion for 10 years. It is the most wonderful company. I tell everyone, including people at the vets I go to please sign up. Trupanion does not cancel me. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. my cat, Baby, has cancer and Trupanionhas helped me fight it. Every on the phone is always caring and compassionate.

This insurance has saved my dogs life
I don’t know what I’d do without nationwide. I only ever recommend nationwide insurance to clients at my job (I work at a vet hospital) because of how amazing they have been with all of my dogs issues. He has cost them over $15,000 and he’s barely 2. I truly am beyond thankful for them.

Needs work.
Claims process is far too long. One month turn around is such a poor response time. Then when a claim is denied for simple issues like the processor can read the image. No one call out to the client. So it sits for another two weeks or longer till I follow up. The customer service and turnaround time for a claim is just sub par. I have more feed back and would like a manager to call me.
