Nationwide is good. I like the policy I chose but I would like to see a faster turnaround time for claims processing, and an easier way to participate in their direct deposit for payments.

You have been there through thick and thin to help cover Chelsea's ailments - bladder infections and gastrointestinal problems.
Chelsea finally had surgery (vulvaplasty) that stopped the bladder infections which you covered. She is no longer troubled with those anymore. She suffers from gastrointestinal ailments which we diligently treat but she does get flair-ups. I know I can count on Trupanion to be there fore me!! I have been so pleased with the service and have referred several people. You are so polite, friendly and courteous when I have phoned with a question and have explained it to me to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

Great customer service, affordable coverage
We are owned by a healthy chiwini (chihuahua-dachshund bundle of cuteness) and a large black cat with IBD. I very much appreciate this insurance for its excellent coverage and lack of hassle. Customer service personnel are knowledgeable and friendly and seem to actually care about our pets. I can and have recommended this insurance to my friends and veterinarians.

great service, easy to use
My wife and I have two yorkie babies...a little over a year now....we had good sense to enroll in the HealthyPaws Insurance program for them...feeling they are active and very curious.. Our boy Max enjoys tearing things up...and he decided that he needed to eat/swallow the rubber stopper that is used on the toy you can fill with peanut butter. He became ill very slowly..throwing up and then lethargic and crying. Took him to the hospital...and ended up having surgery to remove this stopper from his lower intestine. A truly stressful experience for him and for us...and the expense was very high. I emailed the bill to HealthyPaws and in short time...received about 90%(program I enrolled in)back...I have received letters from them requesting about Max and his sister Bella....felt heartfelt...very supportive. I highly recommend HealthPaws as your insurance provider for your pet.....I know my babies are going to challenge us as they grow and continue to explore and I do anticipate further trips to the hospital. It is good to have an insurance company that does obstruct...they are supportive and I am glad they are part of the family.

The claims process is so simple
The claims process is so simple. I logged into my account with my phone, took pictures of the invoice from my vet and submitted. 3 days later I received a check in the mail. Best experience I've had with an insurance company!
