I have been already told friends and family about Trupanion as I am so impressed with the whole experience. My beloved Bernese Mountain dog had cancer. I have one more claim that will be submitted as she passed away on Jan 3rd. I have two cats that will be added. I cannot day enough and thank-you

I recently had to call to cancel our policy because we had to put our dog down after years of fighting renal disease. Chris, the customer service representative I spoke with, was beyond helpful and kept offering his condolences on our loss. As hard as that phone call was to make, Chris' attitude and compassion made it slightly easier. Trupanion was fantastic throughout the years of treatment with our pup. Reimbursements were always prompt and online claim submission was simple and straight forward. When our hearts are ready to take in another pup, we will definitely be signing up with Trupanion again. We always recommend it whenever someone we know gets a new pet.

I tell everyone who will listen about Trupanion. I did a lot of research on pet insurance companies and found that Trupanion is the most-inclusive policy at the best price. They are always quick to pay claims and their representatives are friendly and efficient. We LOVE Trupanion!!
