The claims process is so simple. I logged into my account with my phone, took pictures of the invoice from my vet and submitted. 3 days later I received a check in the mail. Best experience I've had with an insurance company!

Our claim was processed
Our claim was processed immediately on-site at our vet's office. The process took only a couple of minutes, and our claim was processed in only a day. Tokaido and I are grateful we have his health insurance with Trupanion. Reliable, understanding, and attentive. This last claim experience has been just like all the others we have put through to Trupanion.... - we have never been left hanging -we have never been disappointed -we have always had all our claims covered(for which we qualified) -in fact once Trupanion even covered a claim that we did not qualify for simply because one of their agents (mistakenly) said we were covered. - All of the above notes shows me Trupanion is a very caring company and has a great business ethic.
