I’m so glad we “Embraced” Halo

I’m so glad we had insurance for Halo! We visited the vet for our routine visit and they discovered tumors that we didn’t know he had and told us they needed to be removed and the surgery required a specialist. Since Halo is a senior Cavalier, he also needed a cardiologist check to be sure he could handle the anesthesia. It was an enormous relief to have coverage for him since this was so unexpected and, frankly, expensive that we may have had to delay his care. Embrace was a pleasure to deal with and worked on our behalf quickly and efficiently. Can’t say thanks enough, and Halo is 100% on the mend.

Responsive and Clear

Nationwide Pet Insurance allows you to handle all claims as easy as possible. There is no long telephone interactions, all forms and relevant policy document is online, and checks are send directly to your house. I couldn't recommend it more!

Peace of mind and extrodinarlly freindly staff.

I have had Alfie with Healthy Paws since he was 12 weeks old. We have had a few gastro issues with him and on all occasions Healthy Paws have been quick with my claim, follow up on how he is doing and never declined a claim. Last time was the weekend before Christmas and my claim was settled and check arrived before New Year. I cant thank them enough for all the help and security knowing my puppy is in good hands.

Embrace was there for us in every way.

We chose Embrace when we received our son's service dog, Ramos. Ramos was 3 then, and he was exceptionally healthy until the very end of his life. He had a small skin tag removal a year ago, which Embrace covered after our co-pay. This past fall, Ramos was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. Embrace was wonderful to take care of everything: surgery, medicine, doctor care before and after, and even euthanasia. The staff was exceptionally kind through this difficult time for our family.

Nationwide is the best pet insurance company around

I am so happy to write a review for Nationwide. They are, hands down, the best pet insurance company on the market. Their policy is easy to understand. I have been using them for a year and am very pleased with the processing of claims procedure. It is timely. Sometimes, getting a preixisting condition removed from the policy takes a little longer, but it is not excessive. Recently, I added a puppy, Hope, to my home. The only reason I can afford another dog is because of the pet insurance Nationwide provides. I am so grateful to Nationwide. If anyone is looking for good pet insurance, I highly recommend Nationwide.

Too many requests for additional information

There are too many instances where additional information is needed and no payment is processed. You have the vet name, you should ask the vet's office directly for additional records instead of burdening the patient with it.
