Definitely recommended.

Web site very easy to use. Response in a reasonable time frame but could be a bit quicker. But definitely worth the premium. I have two dogs and MetLife has refunded both.

Highly recommended

I love the coverage, I believe the price is fair considering what coverage we get. The ONLY thing I don't like is the amount of time it takes to review and complete a claim. The invoices are usually paid in advance with a credit card which then incurs interest if not paid in time for the month to close. I do recommend mypets to all of my friends. I have had other insurance providers and this has been by far the best.

My cat was affected by a deadly…

My cat was affected by a deadly disease, Feline Infectious Peritonitis. We had to do multiple vet visits, medications, ER visits. Working with met life has been a pleasant experience so far. Never had any issues with submitting a claim, straight forward communication and customer care representatives were very friendly.

Rapid claims determination

We have had Embrace Insurance now on 3 Bernese Mt. Dogs (since 2014-15). Over the years, they have markedly improved their claims determination and time it takes to get reimbursed. These days, I usually am notified within a week and often sooner. The reimbursement is directly deposited into my account. I have had another dog put on a different Plan which has not been as efficient. We do not do the Wellness benefits as we calculated for us that it would be 'a wash' as far as ROI. My wife and I have always had good luck talking to a live person when needed.
