Process was easy, professional with receiving a check back quickly
This was my 1st time having pet insurance, so I was somewhat sceptical about the process, but the form was easy to complete and the return was sent in a timely fashion. Would and did recommend this insurance to other pet owners.

Great customer service
Recently switched to Figo after 11 years with another insurance company. They have been very responsive after an emergency surgery for my dog. Emergencies are traumatic, but they were patient with me on phone, after the surgery, and assured me of coverage and some other options. While it is expensive, as all insurances, their support has been great so far.

Trupanion has helped
Trupanion has helped with much of the cost in this difficult time. Our little angel is doing much better but still has awhile to see a full recovery. Trupanion processes our claims promptly
Trupanion processes our claims promptly and pays them fairly. Our vet routinely submits claims for non-insurable items and Trupanion deals with it in a professional non-confrontational manner. I am extremely impressed and will insure all future pets with Trupanion.

Sometimes difficult to reach
I'm not sure if it is the best deal as far as pet insurance goes, and it seems a bit pricey, but the coverage has come through every time. Sometimes its difficult to reach a customer service rep on the phone.
