Hassle FREE!!!!

New Years day "Jax" was lethargic and just not himself, we took him in to emergency where he stayed overnight where he was given an IV and the tests began. This was especially hard for us as we lost our little "Missy" last summer due to Kidney disease she was born with and the symptoms were similar. The next day we brought Jax home ( first bill $1,100) but after a day he didn't seem to be getting any better. Over the next 3 days they ran several tests trying to find out what was going on with our little guy, test after test came back negative, we were getting very worried. We got a call late on the 3rd day saying he was doing better, eating and lovable. However they still hadn't been able to pin point what was going on, 2 more tests were not back yet but they felt like he would be better at home. 2 days later the pancreatitis and cancer tests came back negative. although that was still a little frustrating Jax was home with us and doing well. Invoice just over $4,000. Healthy Paws had already paid the first invoice in a matter of days. I was honestly worried about sending the new one to them, this was a my first time using the coverage and I guess I felt like it was "too good to be true". Well I will tell you it was simple and fast and they completed the claim again, within days! Then today I get an email from them asking how Jax was doing.....WOW!!!! I am SOOO IMPRESSED with Healthy Paws and have been telling everyone I know that has a pet.. if you are looking for complete coverage for your pet, look no further! We all love our pets, don't let the fear of vet costs prevent you from caring for your "little guy" Claim process was as simple as taking a picture of the invoice, they do the rest so you can focus on getting your pet home and back to normal! Unclear about my benefits

Overall I find the claim submittal/reimbursement process to be fairly smooth and painless. I have taken advantage of the Helpline once, although I did not find it particularly helpful. It would be nice to understand more about my benefits and exactly what I get reimbursed for; I thought that after meeting the $250 deductible for the year I would be reimbursed at 100%, but that has not seemed to be the case. I would recommend that the Member Center of the website include a more detailed breakdown of submitted expenses and reimbursement amounts, rather than just a list of EOBs.

Alexis has the best customer service that I had ever experienced when calling customer care for any questions she’s amazing!

I am so happy I choose Embrace for my kitties

I ve had had Embrace for all of my 4 kitties for over 7 years now. It was the best choice and a life saver one. Two of them have been dealing with serious health issues in the last couple of years ( cancer and kidney failure ). They wouldn't be alive today if we didnt have the best treatments . And we were able to offer them the best care only because we had insurance. Never had any issues with Embrace reimbursing the costs. Their coverage is excellent and the rates are very reasonable. The entire claim process is simple and very smooth and the payments are made quickly. Also, very friendly and knowledgeable customer service. THANK YOU !!!

Didn’t pay for Anything

We paid for insurance for over two years and they made excuses not to pay for any of our claims. We finally had to cancel when they increased our premiums once again without any benefit. My dog had to get xrays and medication, he got cancer one year after we got insurance and all our claims were continuously rejected.

Reliable and honest pet insurance company.

I remain very impressed over several years with Embrace Pet Insurance. It is an honest, straight forward company. You get exactly the coverage you elect.---- My one criticism: It was not clearly explained to me any changes to increase coverage or reduce deductible to an existing policy initiates a completely new underwriting process. All prior medical issues would then be considered "pre-existing" and not covered by the new policy. -----If I had better understood, I would have initially elected the highest coverage and lowest deductible offered.

Thank you!

Walker has had insurance since he was 8 weeks old. He was exceptionally healthy all his life, however, in his old age he got Valley Fever and all the weird things that goes with it. I expected some push back from the insurance company because it's been one thing after another. Nationwide has not even blinked. They have exceeded any expectations and have been there for us the whole, agonizing, seemingly unending time. I can not recommend them enough. They have been great.
