Best decision to get pet insurance coverage through ASPCA Pet Health.
Never thought we would need to use the pet insurance coverage but our Golden Retriever ruptured his CCL playing catch and we have been so pleased that we made the decision to purchase the insurance through ASPCA Pet Health. The claim process has been straightforward and the convenience of submitting the documentation online much appreciated.

Great customer service. I faxed my information in, and the next week it was posted for review. No one wants to go through emergency situations with their pets, but it’s comforting to know that I had Nationwide pet insurance to help with the cost, and you really came through!! Jasper Jenkins is doing great!, thanks to Nationwide, for helping us financially to give Jasper the care he needed.

Worth it!
I've had nothing but great experience with Nationwide Pet Insurance. It absolutely made all the difference when my cat became sick right as I was moving and going on a trip within a week of each other. I just mailed in my claim and received a notice of when to collect my money and transfer to my bank. My only comment would be that rather than mail the claims, there should be a way to submit them via the internet from their site.

Easy Claim Submissions
Inationwide has been great thus far for our dog, Rocky. The easy process for submitting claims is one of the reasons we’ll stay in with this insurance. Rocky is currently under a year old and unforeseen problems/accidents happen a lot. We’re glad we’re covered!

Heidi's care with the help of Nationwide.
Thank you for asking how Heidi is doing. She is much better now. Has recovered from her eye injury and also is doing remarkably well from her knee and ligament surgery. I would say she is almost 98% back to being what she was prior to the surgery. Again, thank you for your prompt handling of Heidi's claims, as well as, answering my questions prior and during her recovery.

We love Embrace!
We've had nothing but great experiences with Embrace. The claims process has always been simple and smooth. We see the vet, the vet submits our claim, the claim is approved, the money gets directly deposited into our bank account. Knowing that our dog's veterinary bills won't become a financial burden has given us great peace of mind. As long as we've got dogs, we're going to be Embrace customers.

Does what the policy says, but very slowly with almost no feedback
I made my first claim for a wellness visit. I filed the claim thru the VitusVet app on my smartphone. It took a couple of days to get an acknowledgement that the claim was received and about the full month until I received notice that the claim was processed. The claims process could be improved with more feedback and faster claims review and processing.
