I can not say enough about how good the ASPCA Pet Insurance and their employees. My small Brandy was attacked by a larger dog a month ago and they have paid each and every claim and have called to just check on her. To me that tells you what kind of people they are. Animal Lovers!!

We joined at the beginning of the year and it gives us peace of mind to know that we will not be ambushed. They even covered the heartworm meds. Great service after the sale as well. They are rated the best and now I know why.

Very happy with the service we've received from Figo! :) Such a relief to know the vet bills after our dog's accident were covered! The customer service team is excellent and warm! Totally recommend taking out insurance with them to protect yourself from the financial stress that can comes unfortunate accidents. Thanks Figo! P.S - My biggest tip is to make sure you can provide all documentation from the vets, including previous medical history! and know that it only covers accidents/new illnesses!

I have a 3 year old German Shepherd covered under the whole pet with wellness under nationwide. I got this policy since it was offered through my work benefits. I was really nervous after reading some reviews by other customers that they would deny my claims and it would be a pain but it has been the complete opposite. They have a great customer service team that has answered all of my questions regarding coverage. After my $250 deductible Nationwide has also paid all of may claims at the 90 percent reimbursement per my policy. Submitting claims via an app has made it that much simpler. I will continue insuring my pets through them.
