CINDY, YOU WERE WONDERFUL!

I spoke to Cindy on July 29, 2019 at 11:11 am. I can not say enough good things about her. Cindy was knowledgeable, kind, and contagiously friendly. This was my first time getting pet insurance, so I asked a lot of questions. The whole time Cindy was patient and answered each question very thoroughly. She made sure I understood before moving on. She was just awesome! Thank you so much, Cindy!

Thank God for Nationwide Pet

I don't know what I would do without Nationwide Pet Insurance. My dog had a horrific fall on ice which ended with a torn cruciate ligament; in the process of getting it diagnosed, it was discovered that he also had a luxating patella. The diagnosis was made within the guidelines of my dog's policy and so 90% of the cost of his surgery was covered. It took a long time to gather the money to put up front, but I was able to pay back money I borrowed after a very quick reimbursement (I kid you not, it took less than three weeks from the time I turned in the claim until the money was in my bank account). I think some negative reviews come from claims that do not fall within the policy guidelines (or rules) and/or some people are choosing a lesser policy for their pet. I went all out and purchased the best plan and it has paid off. I have used the vet line as well, which has been very useful for those late night concerns when my vet isn't available. All-in-all, I am very satisfied as I still have my dog. Without insurance, I would have had to have him put down as it cost $4500 just for the surgery (that doesn't count the appointments and necessary diagnostics -- x-rays -- to find out what was going on with his leg). I am on disability and so I simply don't have that kind of money and no one would have lent me money without knowing my dog was insured because they knew they would not see that money again for quite some time. Thanks Nationwide Pet, because of you, I still have my dog!

I don’t know what I’d do without this pet insurance

Our little baby just turned 2 years old but has had sooooo many health problems. Without this insurance we would be hurting and he may have become too heavy a burden. But we are so happy with the insurance- claims are easy and paid quickly and they even check in on him to see how he is doing. I highly recommend nationwide pet insurance- we will never have another uninsured pet!

Love this plan

I love the nationwide whole pet with wellness. It is so inclusive and I have never had an issue or confusion on a claim, either with wellness or injury. Great plan to have and I expect to have it for all my future pets as well

ASCPA is amazing!

ASCPA is an amazing support to have. I am so lucky that I opted to purchase it. Only a month or so later my dog was diagnosed with a rare disease that requires monthly injections and vet visits. Thanks to ASCPA I have been able to keep our boy Cooper healthy. They disburse payments quickly and have wonderful customer service.

Don’t buy it

They will manipulate your claims to deny the claim based on history that has absolutely nothing to do with his the actual injuries. Pet hospital was also aware and it took this company full month to deny my claim and charge me for new month. Even on their site it says 5-7 business days on claim approval or denied.
