Won't use anyone else
This is the easiest it's ever been for me to utilize pet insurance, get paid for what they promise to pay and the ease of filing the claim is what sold me. Sometimes they ask for more info and it takes a little longer, but I completely understand. I highly recommend Pets Best and wouldn't use anyone else ever again!

I love the human aspect
All my claims for both my dog have been made with the utmost respect and dignity. For example when my beloved Sawyer passed away I called to alert pets best the person receiving my call told me exactly what to do and that I need not worry about a thing. She also expressed her condolences which were heartfelt. I love the human aspect of each time I have called especially when I have been panicked. When my Tucker ate rat poison, the person I spoke with about the claim walked me through my policy and how to file my claim. Tucker made a full recovery and I just can't say enough wonderful things about pets best!
