I cannot say enough about how great this insurance has been. It is easy to file a claim and payments are made quickly. Our beloved 4-legged sons have been insured by Nationwide all of their existence. This pet insurance is a life-saver for me and my husband! Although we have to put up the funds up front, knowing we'll get some return gives us peace of mind. We would love if you could offer premium renewal discounts as an incentive of long-term customer relationship.

Great care!
Thank you for inquiring on how Kiefer is doing after his surgeries. Kiefer broke both of his back cruciate ligaments last month and we were able to get it quickly diagnosed and corrected. Thank you for the coverage since this was a rather expensive surgery but necessary in order for him to walk again. We appreciate your concern!

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been so great! I have a pup that has had leg injuries the last couple months which caused me some stress in the care for her. And was so relieved that my plan covers the treatment that she has to receive to strengthen and heal her leg. And the processing of claims is so clear and simple...takes a bit of the weight off my shoulders to know that they 'get it' when a pet is in treatment and where your priorities should be. Great coverage, great customer service
I have had nationwide for over 6 years. I have ensured multiple animals through your company and have been nothing but pleased. Yuri's recent gastrointestinal issues racked up a bill very quickly and without my insurance coverage I would have had to take that money out of my savings. Luke and I have had a difficult time since his surgery as he developed a post surgical infection and has been back to the surgeon multiple times. Not having to deal with medical expenses takes some of the stress off. It's funny that I work for the largest health system in MI and my pet has better insurance coverage that pays much timelier thank mine. I recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance to everyone. I have told at least 20 people in the vets office these last few visits.

Easy Claim Process
I’ve had pet insurance on both of my dogs because it’s offered through work and I love them like children. I’ve had to submit claims twice thus far and in both cases the claims were handled quickly, explained well and my checks were received promptly. Nationwide Insurance makes me feel like whatever my pets need or get into that they shouldn’t have, I don’t have to chose between expensive vet care or my dogs.
