This policy has been a godsend,
Never thought I would need to use the policy as Bella was very healthy and active. Pyometra, peritinitis, and an abscess hit her in the span of one week. At one point she was under care 24/7 by her vet. Three surgeries later she started on her road to recovery. Her hospital bills were nearly $6500.00 and follow-ups were over $500. Her policy paid 90% of all the costs associated with her care. Claims were paid promptly and efficiently. What a godsend having this policy. Will never have a pet without having health insurance from Nationwide. Compared to all the other companies and plans, Nationwide is the best. In fact, her health plan and coverage was better than a plan my wife and I had with my employer!!!

I am very disappointed in the Ins after having it for 11yrs. They are users to get your money only.
I am very disappointed in the Ins after having it for 11yrs. I looked over all the billings and see bills paid in 2018 but I never got a letter from you saying the Cushing had run out.. Since that was her issue I would have dropped you as you never paid much on any of them. Sad that I kept getting billings from you however and you even wanted to raise it this year ..FOR WHAT you wouldn't have paid anything.. I lost my beloved baby and you never even offered to pay for her Cremation process. But you want people to get your Ins. I see Pets really doesn't matter, its all about the money you collect.

Won't use anyone else
This is the easiest it's ever been for me to utilize pet insurance, get paid for what they promise to pay and the ease of filing the claim is what sold me. Sometimes they ask for more info and it takes a little longer, but I completely understand. I highly recommend Pets Best and wouldn't use anyone else ever again!
