Thank's for helping get my Brussels Griffon back to feeling Great
I went to Nationwide from another pet insurance company because the claims were difficult to submit at the other company. Nationwide is easy. Equally importantly, they pay what their policy says they will pay, and they do it in a timely manner. Thanks Nationwide -- Nice to know "you're on my side"!

Great company
Great company they have eased my worry of getting emergency vet care for Maya knowing she may be covered this last ER run involved maya injuring her paw at dogpark it swelled up three times its size this occurred on friday after her regular vet closed i feared the worst but it turned out to be a severe sprain the vet visit and xrays came out to approx $550 i received 90% of that back through nationwide. I recommend them to everyone i know

Coverage as promised!
We’ve had Daisy covered now since January 2019 with Nationwide‘s Whole Pet with Wellness. After we met our deductible all claims submitted have been paid within 2 to 4 weeks. Their email communication and customer service at every step along the way from the initial application and enrollment process; to being approved; submitting claims; receiving notification of the process along the way; and finally the reimbursement is made easy through direct deposit. (One time set up through app or website.) An email comes in notifying that the claim has been approved and reimbursement made. All that’s left to do is click on the link and it’s transferred into your bank account. The 24/7 vethelpline advice from veterinary professionals has also been a great resource and given us peace of mind without having to go to the vet and pay a consultation fee etc. Overall 10 out of 10 so far! Keep up the good work Nationwide Pet Insurance !
