Nationwide pet insurance is the best thing we have ever bought
We have 2 Labs that are covered on the nationwide plan. We were amazed at just how easy it is to use the app and to file a claim. They pay us back within 1-3 days of the claim being approved. We will always have it and recommend it highly to anyone with a pet. That way you are not caught off guard and have to get yourself into a financial hole. Very affordable and we just love it.

Most Awesome Pet Insurance Ever!!!!!
I switched Bella from Figo to Nationwide Insurance in January of this year. Yall have been the absolute best Pet Insurance I have come across. Claims are easy and quick. I wish I had found yall when I got Bella when she was a pup. I refer everyone I talk to, to Nationwide. My Vet also refers Nationwide to all their customers. You are absolutely the best. I just cant say enough about this Pet Insurance.

Well worth the investment
Customer service is excellent and extremely professional. They take the time to explain every little thing and are extremely patient. The only complaint I have is that you do not cover or partially cover Spaying or neutering, since it is a must for a healthy happy animal and hopefully lowers kill rates in shelters, I sincerely think it should be covered!

Consistency in claims processing
All of my initial claims were processed within a week of me submitting the information which made for a great experience. My recent and largest claim hit a road block that has slowed processing significantly. Had I known that medical records and notes needed to be sent with the claims, I would been doing so after every visit. As it seems the reading of medical records takes a few weeks before decision is made on my claim. My expectations of “ease of claims” has changed.

User friendly and well conceived
Nationwide is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service is very friendly and very helpful. I submitted several claims recently and the response was completed on a timely basis. I did not have to wait long and I was reimbursed quickly afterwards. Thank you all for your hard work and patience when I have questions. Keep up the great work. I will be recommending Nationwide to other dog owners.
